Frequently Asked Questions WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER REQUIREMENT? Minimum Order Required Component strands: A minimum order of US $500.00 of 12 dozen per item Fashion accessories: A minimum order of US $500.00 of 120 pieces per design Gift Items/Handicrafts: A minimum order of US $500.00 or 1 dozen per items Our prices are already wholesale but we can offer discounts if the total amount of order is more than 10,000USD. Note: It is best for the buyer to order at the minimum requirement to maximize freight cost. The higher the weight you order, the cheaper the cost of freight. WHAT IS YOUR MODE OF PAYMENT? Minimum orders: Western Union, Xoom or T/T 100% of the amount upon placement of order if the order is below US$2,000 Sample orders should be paid in full amount including the shipping charges. Average or Wholesale orders: We required 50% down payment upon placement of orders if the order is US$2,000 and above. The remaining balance shall be required before shipment. Payment can either be through Direct Deposit, Bank Wire, T/T (Telegraphic transfer) or Western Union or Xoom. WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING METHOD? Customer has the option to ship their items either by air or sea freight at their own cost. Delivery time for airfreight takes only 3 – 7 business days while that of sea freight not less than 30 days. Customer can also nominate their own forwarder to handle their shipment. We have TNT, FEDEX and UPS as our regular forwarder. WHAT IS YOUR STANDARD PACKAGING? All packages are properly packed by 6’s or 12’s with transparent plastic. Buyers can request special packaging on certain items with an extra cost. Crates and pallets could be an option for special packages. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO COMPLETE PRODUCTION? Production time depends on the quantity and design of the items ordered. Basically, it is not less than 30 working days or more to finish the production. Sample orders will take 14 days or less. * Production will start as soon as the bank clears payments. * We will send a notice to the buyer via e-mail to confirm that payments are cleared and received, and that production is taking place. * Buyers have the option to appoint or choose a forwarder of their choice, if none, we will gladly designate a forwarder for the buyer. Export Terms and Policy Catalogue * An exclusive Photo Album is available for our buyers. You may view or download the catalogue by sending us an e-mail requesting access to it. Sample Request * Samples are available upon buyer’s request, provided that the buyer will be charged freight and cost of items sampled. * However, cost of samples will be reimbursed to the buyer if orders are placed. Exclusivity of Design * Designs/patterns created by the buyers will be given full exclusivity of their designs. * Exclusivity of designs/patterns by ExtremeDesign will be upon the discretion of the seller. Pricing Pricing and costing of items are available upon buyer’s request. However, prices may vary from season to season due to availability and cost of materials as well as the Dollar conversion of our Philippine currency. * Additional costs apply for tagging of product/items.
